I have set up this blog to post updates, faq, and answers to credit questions.
If you have a credit question, you may simply email me at david@financial-counseling.com or complete the contact form on the web site and I will respond to you personally. If it is a common question, or can be adjusted to a common question, then I will post a generic form of the quesiton and a response on this site so that others may use that information as well.

I received a call yesterday 4/6/05 by a group call Arrow Financial. It was about a citibank visa from 1989-92. I must admit these were my irresponsible times and there were many stupid things that I did, however it has been over 13 years. My credit has been good to this point. I have been able to purchase properties, automobiles etc.... I do not want to ruin my current credit for me, my husband or my family. Please help me.

my ex wife has multiple medical bills on my credit report.i sent registered letters to the collection company asking them to send me proof that i owe these bills along with where i agreed to pay them.they sent me a computer print out from the dr office & they have her listed as single & my name isnt anywhere on them..we were seperated at the time of service & she filled all the paperwork as if she was single...the collection company refuses to remove...
